Dickie & Moore – Soffit & Fascia Clean

We were called in to restore the white UPVC soffits and fascia on a retail park unit which had developed heavy black algae streaks and brown organic staining from years of weathering. Working at height with extended water-fed poles fitted with soft brushes, our team gently agitated the cladding while flushing it clean with purified water, with no harsh pressure that could lift seals or damage joints. The before-and-after contrast was dramatic: the ribbed soffits were restored to a uniform bright finish and the full fascia line, including the gutter run, was left clear of algae and moss.
