Briar Homes commissioned us to bring their newly-installed sales pod up to presentation standard for the launch of their Barrhead development. The pod's floor-to-ceiling glass panels and sliding doors had picked up build dust, fingerprints and handling marks during transit and installation. Our team detailed every glass face inside and out using streak-free techniques, then worked through the interior to clear residual packaging and debris. The result was a launch-ready sales suite the development team could open to buyers the same week.

We were called in to restore the white UPVC soffits and fascia on a retail park unit which had developed heavy black algae streaks and brown organic staining from years of weathering. Working at height with extended water-fed poles fitted with soft brushes, our team gently agitated the cladding while flushing it clean with purified water, with no harsh pressure that could lift seals or damage joints. The before-and-after contrast was dramatic: the ribbed soffits were restored to a uniform bright finish and the full fascia line, including the gutter run, was left clear of algae and moss.

Post-works handover clean of back-of-house stairwells

Following construction works at East Kilbride Shopping Centre, our team carried out a full handover clean of the back-of-house emergency stairwell. The concrete treads, painted brick walls and resin landings were covered in builders' dust, cement residue and trade scuffing. We worked floor-by-floor using a combination of mechanical scrubbing, specialist cleaning solutions and finishing techniques to bring the treads to a high-gloss polished finish with crisp yellow tactile strips and clean metal nosings. Every flight was delivered to handover standard, ready for operational use.

Builders' clean of red block paving across new-build plots

On the Fairways development in Elderslie, Dickie & Moore Homes brought us in to jet wash the red block paving driveways and paths across multiple new-build plots. The paving was heavily streaked with builders' silt, mud and construction debris from the final groundworks phase. Working plot-by-plot, our team used high-pressure jet washing equipment and environmentally friendly cleaning agents to flush out the joints and restore the original red colour of the blocks, leaving each driveway ready for the homeowner walk-through and handover.

The home's dark-clad gable, brick elevations and upper-floor windows had picked up residual build dust and weather streaks since the previous visit. Using a water-fed pole system with purified water, our team safely reached the highest windows from ground level and left every pane streak-free, with no ladders against the property and no disruption to the show home schedule. The home was sales-ready for the next round of viewing appointments.

A combined exterior and interior handover clean for Dickie & Moore at their Newton Mearns development. The exterior red brickwork and white render were spotted with cement splatter and mortar haze from the final build phase, while internally the herringbone vinyl flooring was carrying footprint marks, drywall dust and trade scuffing. Our team tackled both fronts in parallel: controlled-pressure brick wash externally to lift the haze without damaging the soft new joints, and a Truvox Multiwash floor scrubber internally to bring the herringbone flooring back to a clean, level finish. Both elements were delivered ready for handover.

We were tasked with the post-construction exterior clean of a new-build community facility in Stepps. The red brick elevations, white render panels and surrounding monoblock paving were covered in cement spray, render splatter and general site dust. Working in full PPE (respirator, hard hat and ear defenders), our team carefully washed each elevation using controlled pressure and specialist cleaning solutions to protect the soft new joints and render finish. By handover, the entire envelope and paving had been stripped of construction residue and was ready for occupancy.

A specialist brick clean on a new-build block of flats for Dickie & Moore Homes. The red brick elevation had developed a heavy white mortar haze and cement splatter during the build, particularly around the dark window surrounds. Working in full respiratory PPE and using a power washer with an extension lance, our team applied controlled pressure to strip the haze without disturbing the soft new joints. The brickwork's original colour was fully restored, ready for handover.

Digital ITC's Giffnock office had reached the point where the heavily-trafficked stair runners and corridor carpets were unrecognisable from their original colour. Years of foot traffic had blackened the stairs and left dark traffic lanes through the grey office carpets. We deployed hot-water extraction equipment with a stainless-steel wand, working stair-by-stair to pull out years of embedded soiling. The transformation was dramatic. The red/brown stair runners returned to their original vibrancy and the grey office carpets were left with a clean, even tone throughout.

Soft wash of algae-streaked metal cladding on an industrial unit

Elliot Baxter's industrial unit at Hillington had developed severe black biofilm streaks running the full height of its white profiled metal cladding. Every fixing point and window head had become a vertical stripe of algae. Our team worked the facade methodically with extra-reach water-fed poles and a soft-wash chemical treatment formulated specifically for metal cladding, applying it at a safe pressure that would not lift the panel coatings. The transformation was dramatic, with the cladding returned to a uniform white finish across the entire elevation.

The gutters at The Kibble were so heavily packed with rotting leaf debris, moss and twigs that a sapling had taken root and was growing out of the gutter run. Working from ground level with our SkyVac gutter vacuum system and a high-reach carbon pole, our team extracted the compacted material from the slate roof line in a single visit. The cleared channels were left free-flowing and the roof line returned to working order, with no need for ladders or scaffolding around the property.

A residential gutter clean in Renfrew for a customer who had spotted weeds and saplings emerging from their gutter line. A high-street gutter clean carried out from pavement level using our SkyVac wheeled vacuum unit, paired with telescopic carbon poles long enough to reach the three-storey tenement roof line. Working safely above pedestrian traffic without scaffolding or ladders, our team cleared the stone-facade gutters and slate roof channels of accumulated debris on a busy commercial parade. The same system was then deployed on a large detached residential property the same day, demonstrating the versatility of the SkyVac approach across very different building types.

A combined exterior contract for The Kibble: jet washing the rear patio and circular monoblock paving, clearing the gutter line and cleaning the windows in a single visit. The Indian sandstone slabs and red monoblock patio had developed heavy algae staining and lost colour, while the timber decking had weathered to grey. Our team worked methodically across each surface with controlled pressure to lift the staining without damaging joints, and the half-cleaned monoblock photo captured the dramatic colour difference between the dirty and restored sections.

Our team worked in full respiratory PPE from extension lances, using controlled pressure and specialist brick-safe cleaning solutions to strip the haze. By the time the team had moved off, the two-tone terraces were ready for handover with crisp clean joints and the brick colour fully restored.

A buff monoblock driveway in Renfrew that had weathered to a near-uniform dark grey-black with heavy traffic staining was brought back to like-new in a single visit. Our team jet washed the entire run with controlled pressure to lift the embedded soiling without damaging the blocks, then re-instated kiln-dried sand into the joints. The sand-coloured paving returned to its original tone and the driveway was left with neat, locked-in joints, a complete transformation visible from the street.
