Elliot Baxter's industrial unit at Hillington had developed severe black biofilm streaks running the full height of its white profiled metal cladding. Every fixing point and window head had become a vertical stripe of algae. Our team worked the facade methodically with extra-reach water-fed poles and a soft-wash chemical treatment formulated specifically for metal cladding, applying it at a safe pressure that would not lift the panel coatings. The transformation was dramatic, with the cladding returned to a uniform white finish across the entire elevation.
