Dickie & Moore – Newton Mearns

A combined exterior and interior handover clean for Dickie & Moore at their Newton Mearns development. The exterior red brickwork and white render were spotted with cement splatter and mortar haze from the final build phase, while internally the herringbone vinyl flooring was carrying footprint marks, drywall dust and trade scuffing. Our team tackled both fronts in parallel: controlled-pressure brick wash externally to lift the haze without damaging the soft new joints, and a Truvox Multiwash floor scrubber internally to bring the herringbone flooring back to a clean, level finish. Both elements were delivered ready for handover.
