Dickie & Moore – Stepps Community Building

We were tasked with the post-construction exterior clean of a new-build community facility in Stepps. The red brick elevations, white render panels and surrounding monoblock paving were covered in cement spray, render splatter and general site dust. Working in full PPE (respirator, hard hat and ear defenders), our team carefully washed each elevation using controlled pressure and specialist cleaning solutions to protect the soft new joints and render finish. By handover, the entire envelope and paving had been stripped of construction residue and was ready for occupancy.
