AS Homes – Brick Clean Jet Wash

A new-build development for AS Homes required a full brick clean across the red and buff sandstone-effect brick terraces. The brickwork was carrying a heavy cement haze and mortar splatter from the build phase, with the soft new joints needing careful protection during the wash. Our team worked in full respiratory PPE from extension lances, using controlled pressure and specialist brick-safe cleaning solutions to strip the haze. By the time the team had moved off, the two-tone terraces were ready for handover with crisp clean joints and the brick colour fully restored.
